And I said five hours a week.
Now for someone that doesn't exercise at all, that probably sounds like crazy amounts of exercise.
And it is, I mean, I do about six hours a week of exercise.
Cardio and resistance training.
I do both.
But I think that what's really important here is that people need to think about exercise as part of their personal hygiene.
Something you have to, like, can you imagine, do you wake up every morning and brush your teeth?
Do you brush your teeth before you go to bed?
Why?
It's a routine, and you do it because you don't want cavities, right?
Right.
It's part of your personal hygiene.
Exercise should be thought of in the same way, where it's like I exercise because I don't want to get cardiovascular disease because I want to reverse brain aging, and we can talk about studies showing that as well.
It's something that you really need to think about as part of your personal hygiene, and as you start to develop a routine โ
Guess what?
It is a routine.
You just start to do it.
There's no question about it.
It's not an add-on.
It's not if I have time.
