So this has been your goal.

And I was saying, so what got in the way of you doing consultancy starting?

Well, you know, career, money, the kids.

I said, I get that totally, right?

So what would happen now if you stop the career right now at this moment?

And he said, well, I have a bit of money that I'm okay for a year or two if I stopped working completely.

I said, okay, so we have a little bit of money here to mess around with.

That's a great buffer.

Yeah, it's a great buffer.

I said, well, what would it take for you to set up a consultancy firm and just to throw it out there to people that you've networked with and see what the feedback was?

He's like, God, I never even thought about that.

So he did that and he got an offer and went into the consultancy.

He came into the clinic.

He said, I know this is what I want to do.

And I said, OK, you've got a buffer zone of a year or two.

You know, you're highly employable.

He said, well, what if I'm 58 and trying to get back into the industry?

I said, but you've got all this experience.

I mean, you're hugely experienced here and you're hugely employable here.
