And then also within kind of buried within some of the discussion of those literature was that it was it's either under documented by providers and or women not disclosing potentially signs and symptoms.

So that's there's two factors with that, why it might not be in there.

But then also there's other, you know, structurally or infrastructure isn't there to support the documentation, meaning the provider had said, I don't there's no place to do it or it's lost in a clinical note.

which is fine, but as someone who's in informatics and wanting data, it's very hard to get data out of clinical notes.

And so there are methods that you can use, but that's again laborious, it's time intensive, you have to hire a student or you have to hire a data scientist to help you with that.

And so it's it's the process to get there.

You can and it's very rich information, but it's not readily available as far as like clicking a button to say run a report.

We can't do that as readily.

So which was quite eye opening, which you kind of expected it.

But then I thought, OK, now we know the baseline.

How do we improve it going forward?

And as you said, are there guidelines that we can use to really.

kind of create some sort of common data elements around menopause that really these are the ones that we need to be documenting on across the board, make it that it's shareable data across health systems, potentially, and then being able to look at it longitudinally, not just kind of a cross section, but really, I think that there's a much promise in that space, as you said, for informatics and having proper data to represent women's health in this space.

No, those are all fantastic questions.

And I think from a community perspective is just to know that where the resources are and really where to help and point women and families.

If you are experiencing these things, please, you know, this is a clinic that I go to.

This is a provider I really like.

Or here's this website that has great information and great takeaways, I think, is having kind of.
