Vetted resources would be very, very helpful, I think, in that space.
And then preventatively, it's I think it's a lot of the same similar things that we talk about lifestyle.
And I think the thing that we don't talk about enough is sleep and the importance of sleep.
And we've had conversations around how important sleep is because it's come up in some of our clearance, our work in the community around.
I think everybody needs a good night's sleep.
But I think, too, if you factor in other stressors, hormonal, you know, hormonal challenges, potentially other life stressors, I think that's a foundational component that can really help longevity as that as as kind of that baseline thing as well.
Are they fully hydrated and having a solid diet?
Which these are all lifestyle factors that we talk about for kind of every, you know, as we age in general.
But I think it's also can be somewhat exacerbated when you're also having some hormonal fluctuations.
And so kind of coming back to some of those basics.
But I would say with all of those things and kind of getting back to what I said before to around, you know, the quick hacks, it's really the consistency.
And so you don't have to show up perfectly 100 percent every single day, but just show up every day.
And so it's how do I eat better every single day if I can?
How do I make sure I have more sleep or better sleep on a consistent basis and what that looks like for you?
And so I think those are I think consistency is key in my mind.
