And just if you can only exercise, what's your baseline?
Then just do five minutes of exercise or walking or whatever it might be, or have one more piece of fruit than you had yesterday, the day before.
And so I think not making it so complicated and not making it so you have to do this now, I have to do this now.
She's like, I have to go eat my hundred grams of protein.
You know, it's kind of that because the protein is the big kick right now.
And so I said, let's just let's just make it simplified so we can follow.
the the the kind of the lifestyle factors that we'd like to for everybody um but also make it where it fits into our lives it doesn't have to be this additional huge burden um and so i think that's and i think from a community perspective how can we support one another around some of these things as well so where are there good walking paths that we like are there other gyms that we like to go to are there other exercise programs you can do at home if you so choose to um
I think things like that are great resources.
I realize that I think I drink enough water, and then I don't.
And then half the time, I'm drinking coffee throughout the day or another soda or diet soda, whatever.
Hydration, I think, to me, has made a huge difference to make sure that I'm drinking enough water.
It helps me with my maybe afternoon fatigue that I might have.
