I think it's one thing that we just don't pay enough attention to as well.

And so I think, or the importance of proper hydration for overall health, I think as well, particularly for, for this stage, in my opinion.

Yeah, and I think adding on to that as well is I think that we have hot flashes and we're sweating.

Potentially we can see it, but we might not be factoring in night sweats, which is another big sign and symptom for menopause as well.

And not factoring that part into the overall how that might be impacting your overall health during the day.

And you don't have to sometimes.

Yes, you can wake up and be sweaty and, you know, at night sweats, but some people can wake up and just feel hot.

I feel warm and you're not like profusely sweating.

So they don't think of it as that might be a symptom of menopause where it's, it could be more subtle for you, but that's still a sleep disturbance.

You're still waking up at that, you know, at different times than you may have before.

So there may be more times you're waking up, but you're not really fully awake, but it's still a disruption into your normal sleep pattern.

And I think that we kind of

kind of just toss those out the window at times and just say, oh, that's, it is what it is.

But it really, I think long-term, those things can have more impact than what we realize as well.

And there's probably more that we could add to it.
