And so that's where I think some of those pillars of making sure you're staying as healthy as you possibly can, sleep, rest, eating proper foods,
all those things can really have a big impact i think how you recover um regardless of hormonal changes or not but that is like you said it's one more layer on top of what people are already going through it in midlife so absolutely and i think just in general i don't think we have enough research yet to in my opinion midlife is such a critical window
And so I think of, I was at a conference not too long ago in November, and they were talking about the importance of staying active.
We live alone much longer, and sometimes often, unfortunately, in poorer health.
And this woman was saying, I do squats, I do weightlifting, so I can toilet myself independently for as long as I can.
And that may sound grotesque, but at the same time, it's really about, it's true.
We need to be making sure we can be independent, we can live on our own.
And so I think midlife is such a critical window to
insights into healthy aging and how we might have longer health span, which we're living more healthy longer than what we had in, in, in the past as well.
Yeah, and I think the other pieces, we've talked about other conditions.
And so women specifically also during menopause might have an exacerbation of pain.
