And that's kind of another area that I've been involved with, but yet not putting it together or linking it that this might be, I'm having more of an exacerbation of my pain condition or a new pain condition related to decreasing estrogen.

all over on every single cell and specifically our skeletal muscles.

And so those might have that might be another way to enter into a conversation where they're talking about a pain condition.

But it might also be related to in conjunction with maybe there are some hormonal changes that are happening.

For example, the other thing is, heart palpitations can be another

potential underlying factor or a condition that may exacerbate during hormonal changes.

And so you're someone's experiencing some heart changes, maybe that might also be a condition around menopause, you want to have a bring that awareness to somebody to say maybe there's other things going on that you can potentially do for hormonally.

In addition to maybe these heart palpitations.

And so that was kind of another way to think about it's not just the signs and symptoms, but there's other things that are, you know, kind of happening around someone's health that may be related to menopause, which could be an opportunity to enter the conversation as well from not a, hey, I hear you're going through the transition.

You know, it's more of a subtle way to kind of enter in and say, what can we do to help that specific condition as well?

And I think that's the first step is awareness and then understanding.

We're just trying to figure out what kind of education do women want?

What kind of education do health providers need to help address this?

And so I see education as a two-way street, meaning there's the education for women.
