But then also what is the health care provider side of things as well?
But I think awareness is absolutely the first step.
And I think for health providers to say like, hey, I don't I don't remember having a lot of this in my background or I'm seeing more potential patients in my office with this.
What are the resources I need to better serve my patients as well?
And I know that, like you said, it's very individualized.
And some women specifically are very, very nervous around what we call hormone replacement therapy or now menopause hormone therapy.
HRT, we're trying to now shift the language to MHT, which is menopause hormone therapy.
So they're trying to make that a little bit more, we're not replacing, we're just, it's
It's kind of working with what your body is.
And so I think they're trying to change some of that language around what it is.
But lots more, there were some very major concerns.
I was too, like, oh, I thought we couldn't take it because I look at what happened with my mom.
I'm thinking specifically around estrogen or progesterone and being able to take any of these
what we call hormone therapies were kind of like, no, no, no, you can't do that.
You're going to have your risk of breast cancer, all these other risks of cancers.
