True.
I'm very fortunate.
I was recruited at a time when there was beginning to be an appreciation for how local authorities were providing public services.
They needed to become digital organisations.
So I'm very lucky, Jez, I've always been on the management team, which has given me a great insight into how the organisation works.
And it's put me in a really good position to influence my colleagues, influence the growth of digital and tech in the organisational workplace.
And it has meant that we have rolled out a lot of transitions.
We have 100 digital services online to the public.
We do almost all our consultation online.
We have multimodal channels.
So we have four websites.
We have a call centre.
And we have fantastic infrastructure that is very appropriate for the role of IoT.
We're not there yet.
But I think people may not appreciate that in one local authority alone, in my local authority, we have 50 locations.
We have 1600 staff and we have a very diverse number of knowledge workers from architects to engineers, every kind of engineers.
We have a lot of people who depend on digital solutions for their day to day job.
I'd say neither, Jez.
I think we're quite curious.
I think we appreciate this is a new reality.
