So, I mean, sometimes, though, it's like other negative emotions. It's like I get mad, and then afterwards I feel guilty about something I said, and so I feel real sad later, or I get scared that my partner is going to leave me or I'm going to get in trouble. Yeah, I feel remorseful. I'm usually good at being able to apologize pretty quickly. That's good. Being able to notice my space in it. But the fact that it happens at all is something that has been uncomfortable for me, I think.

It leads to even, I mean, you know, substance abuse defined broadly, like alcohol, nicotine included, right? People find ways of coping with their anger because they don't have better ways.
