You know, it's funny. One of the things that I oftentimes talk to people about, so I did a TED Talk on anger a few years back a while ago. And so the premise of that talk is that anger is good for you. There it is. That anger is good for you in all these different ways. Yeah, I mean, I think a lot of it is if you grant the premise that unfairness exists in the world, that there are injustices in the world, and I do grant that premise, then feeling anger is totally natural and healthy. And it's what we do with it that is most reasonable. Anger, like any emotion, it exists in us because of our evolutionary history.

It exists in us because it encouraged our ancestors to fight back. And so it was a survival mechanism. And so from that perspective, it's still valuable. So the same way I get thirsty and I get a sip of water, anger motivates me to confront injustice.
