No, I don't know how they do it.
I don't really know how they do it.
So I don't know enough about astronauts, but I know that they have to do a lot of exercise programs to keep their muscles strong and to try and help their bone remodeling.
So if you log on to the NASA website, you can see there's a lot of research about bones and trying to help those astronauts in space.
And I'm interested in stories because I think when you're teaching medical students, you've got to make it interesting.
And there are a lot of stories within this field.
Calcium is an essential mineral.
So we can divide the role of calcium into two main parts.
We have around a kilogram of calcium in our bodies.
And 99% of that is found in the bones.
It's a huge structural component in our bodies.
The remaining 1% is found in every single cell in the body.
And that 1% of calcium is important for intracellular signaling.
