So if you have OSA or obstructive sleep apnea, then you need to get it.
You see somebody to talk about how you can prevent that, the OSA from being a problem.
So it can help your blood pressure, you know, and that's really important.

It is, I don't tell people anymore to avoid stress.
You know, unless you live on a mountain in Tibet or something.
And even then, I say learn to mitigate your stress.
If you could see my office, you would be able to be here.
You'd smell the aromatherapy.
I turned off my classical music that's been shown to reduce seizures in people.
If it can reduce seizures in people with seizures, I think it can help lower my risk, my blood pressure.
I have very comfortable surroundings and pictures of family and things like that.
So you really have to do all you can throughout the day to mitigate your stress.
And that is extremely important.
And we think stress is just part of life.
We'll put up with it.
Well, you don't have to.
