I'm going to the other room.
Well, that's light activity.
And that really, you need to, as a human, you need to do more vigorous activity.
So be smart about it.
There's no doubt there is something to it.
In fact, they sell machines that will help you breathe correctly to lower blood pressure.
And it kind of goes through a little mantra, you know, and do just like you do.
Just take a few minutes, breathe in different ways, deep breathe, breathing in and out, and it really will lower blood pressure.
And it's really amazing.
And I think it speaks to two things.
One is that, you know, the
We're not taking time to take care of our bodies, you know, and sleep is the same way.
We need to really take care of our bodies throughout the day, not just, you know, one minute at one point in the day.
And the second thing is we're all so stressed.
We're all running so fast.
We're all doing all these things on social media and computers and being inactive.
that you really need to take some time to work on these things that we know will lower your blood pressure and lower your cardiac risk, which is the number one killer now in this world.
