Diabetics, you know, the number one type of diabetes now, 90% of it is type 2 diabetes, which is associated with being overweight and not as active physically in unhealthy eating.
So it clearly is related.
Blood pressure is related there and can cause more problems with being in diabetics.
You're at greater risk for kidney disease, greater risk for stroke, greater risk for heart attack.
In fact, the number one reason for diabetics to die is cardiovascular disease or heart and blood vessel disease, 85% of the deaths.
So it's not the diabetes that kills you.
It's the consequences of the diabetes.

Their blood sugars are high.
They're overweight.
They're not as active physically.
And so the secret is trying to get these kids to eat a little differently and enjoy physical activity.

You got to enjoy it.
