You know, if you remember it best, most people have an evening routine.
You know, they brush their teeth, they go to bed, you know, put it there and take it.
But, you know, many times when you start to get on two medicines or three medicines, we'll say overlap them.
Take one in the morning, one in the evening.
And some medicines are more likely to make you a little lightheaded.
You know, maybe take that at bedtime.
Some medicines are a little more likely to make you urinate.
Take that in the morning so you're not getting up all night, you know, urinating.
But, you know, balance them out.
And these medicines now work synergistically.
They have different ways of lowering blood pressure.
And take them at different times.
And that you need to really discuss with your, you know, your treating, with your primary care provider.
But it really can be very good to kind of balance them out throughout the day so your blood pressure stays down throughout the whole 24 hours.
Genetics are important.
Yeah, you're right.
However, you know, like breast cancer, you know, we're all concerned about the BRCA gene.
that causes breast cancer.
Well, about 98% of breast cancer is not genetic.
And the same with blood pressure.
