And with that near, mid and far infrared, I am just sweating.

And when my husband is feeling just kind of in the muck, that's one of the first that I'm like, get your butt in the sauna, babe.
And I do it to myself too.
So that's my pearl is very quick.
It's also an exercise mimetic to some degree, meaning it doesn't necessarily replace exercise, but it can give you that cardiovascular boost that exercise would simply by sitting there and getting a good sweat on.
