So these people had means.
They had education usually around health and wellness.
So they were very much self-educated in a lot of information that, like I said, a lot of these guys were bodybuilders, just a highly educated group, right?
Like if you have ever hung out with people who are somewhat fanatical about their health and fitness, they tend to be pretty well educated, at least on that subject.
Yeah.
They didn't get there by accident.
They researched their way there as well as having the discipline and having the time.
And there's definitely some levels of privilege here.
So I just want to call that out.
And then on top of it, they were good healers.
They would heal up beautifully.
So when I met my husband, as an example, he and I went on a date.
He's a blue-collared guy.
He's in his mid to late 40s.
He's trim.
He's got a farmer body.
He's not a gym guy.
