You were the first person to listen to Nine Inch Nails.
You introduced me, you went to work one day.
You went to work one day and I was getting ready at your house to meet you when you got off.
And every summer I'd be like, what did Mia buy this year for music?
Like, what does she have?
And I'd always go through, ruffle through your CD stack and you had Jeff Buckley, Grace,
which I had never heard it before.
And if people have not heard Jeff Buckley, Grace, that album, Grace, I put it on and it is like angels singing.
It is such an incredibly beautiful.
To the other day, I had it on full blast in my house the other day and my husband's like, what is this?
And I'm like, this is the sound of angels singing.
Just be quiet and enjoy it.
But I still remember sitting in your bedroom, putting my makeup on and blasting that album over and over and over and just like, what?
Like, how did you find this music?
You must have had some cool friends.
I can't listen to Nine Inch Nails anymore.
There's a lot of bands I can't listen to anymore.
Yeah.
I didn't get it when you converted to Christianity pretty hard at one point, and I didn't get it.
Well, you got much more gentle about it.
