This was my lived experience clinically.
And then, so I was in my 30s and early 40s.
So then I hit perimenopause hard.
And it presents to me in ways I wasn't quite expecting.
Mine started, actually, the first symptomology I had was when I was in my early 40s and I had gotten really lean, like very lean body fat.
I was in incredible shape.
I had been, I mean, I was lifting five days a week and I was, I don't know, I wasn't going for a competition, but I was considering it.
You know, I was right there and I was running really lean.
My period started getting funny.
I started having breakthrough bleeding.
Next thing I know, both of my hip joints
I feel like I'm dying.
Like my hips will not work.
They are in so much pain.
Standing up feels like I'm standing on like two poker rods.
And it was all day every day.
And so I was getting them treated with regenerative therapies.
And all I did was throw myself into frozen hip, which is a real condition.
I know the literature hasn't caught up yet, but I've seen it a lot.
You can freeze up your hips.
