So we go on the small slide.
Well, it was not small, but it was smaller.
And we successfully.
Yes, that was fun.
We were like 40 something.
And we didn't fall apart.
We were like, okay.
And then you were like, we're going on the big one.
And I'm looking at it and I'm thinking of all the orthopedic injuries that I take care of in my clinical practice.
And all the people that have had one, I'll tell you guys, it takes one slip up.
It takes one, you know, the movies and the show Ridiculousness show all these terrible injuries and everyone's like, oh, it's fine.
No, it takes one slip on the ice or one trip or one little thing.
And specifically for middle-aged women, because as our estrogen leaves the building, our tendons and ligaments get much less elastic and we rip and tear.
And it's like life-changing injuries.
And so you're like, we're going.
And I'm thinking of all the cases I've been treating of women that were my current age, but I was 10 years younger.
And I'm like, no, we're not going.
And so we get up there and I'm thinking,
I'll follow you to the ends of the earth, so I'll go.
And we get up there and we're sitting on the slides and I'm thinking, I'm going to freaking die.
