And when there's large volume moving from a small volume
little hole, then that causes a vibration and that causes that loud noise.
The silent ones, typically small volumes, so small amounts of gas being produced by whatever fermentation of food in your gut.
And then it's just a tiny little bit of air that escapes, but that is very memorable and smell to use your language.
So I have to say, I have not thought too much about the heat, although I do find that the hot ones come with the silent ones.
So my suspicion is that the hot ones are, there's extra heat created by that fermentation process.
So that bacteria, when they're producing that gas, they use energy and part of that energy is, produces heat.
So hot and silent.
Is it because of your farts or her farts?
Absolutely.
Yeah.
My whole goal of my social media platform is to normalize the uncomfortable conversations about poop, farting, your burping, digestive systems, because if you don't talk about it, you don't know it's a problem.
You don't know what's normal and you don't know when to get help for it.
No, I think it's better to let it out.
If you need to let it out, excuse yourself, go to the bathroom and do it.
If you're somewhere where you feel comfortable letting it out, then please do whatever you like.
So whenever patients see me, often it's for a colonoscopy and they need to fart and pass the gas after the colonoscopy.
And they are always very embarrassed about that.
And so I always tell people that's part of the process.
Like we expect you to fart and so don't be embarrassed about it.
