And that's what led me to where I am today because I became compelled to do that because of the way in which it changed my life. But it's interesting because you mentioned the Max podcast and I was just in LA, you know, hanging out with him. He's a really nice guy, really good guy. We got along really well. And I understand, like he has a different take than I do, right?

We align with a lot of things. And like the stuff that we don't align with is not 90% of your diet. And I think that you can absolutely take the concepts from both of us and achieve massive health gains as a result of that. So I understand how that emotional element for him informs the way that he has a view to nutrition. And I get that. And I have no issue with that. And in the same sense, my friend, Simon Hill from The Proof, and he's a very close friend of mine. He's actually my business partner on 38 Terra. Simon, he grew up and his dad had a heart attack at 42 years old. and his dad was a heavy meat eater.
