The reason that I'm absolute in not, so I don't eat any red meat. I don't eat any poultry. And the reason why I'm absolute in that regard is basically from an ethical perspective for me. Okay. Right. But again, I fully acknowledge that a flexitarian diet or a Mediterranean diet where, again, you're prioritizing plants, those are healthy diets. I have no issue there.

The reason that I'm absolute in not, so I don't eat any red meat. I don't eat any poultry. And the reason why I'm absolute in that regard is basically from an ethical perspective for me. Okay. Right. If I want to actually pull a lever that can impact a person's health, really the most powerful lever is going to be the one that's a combination of a powerful tool that simultaneously they're not doing. So I think there's diminishing returns that exist where if a person's already exercising heavily, you can tweak those approaches. You can make them better. You can make them more efficient.
