And then whatever that makes up in terms of your diet, if you're thriving and you're feeling well and you're where you want to be from a health perspective, I've accomplished my goal. I feel really good about that. Okay, that makes sense. But you don't eat meat, correct? I don't eat meat. Right. I don't eat meat, but like, and I guess to that, let me acknowledge.

The reason that I'm absolute in not, so I don't eat any red meat. I don't eat any poultry. And the reason why I'm absolute in that regard is basically from an ethical perspective for me. Okay. Right. But again, I fully acknowledge that a flexitarian diet or a Mediterranean diet where, again, you're prioritizing plants, those are healthy diets. I have no issue there.

So from my perspective, those things, the fact that I don't eat meat is not really a part of my platform. At least I don't feel that way because I'm not telling people that you have to be completely devoid of meat in order to be healthy.

And I don't think people should feel bad about eating meat because that's not what my platform is about at all. Right. Right. So, but I think that like if you take a step back, if you put yourself into my shoes, I take a step back and I go, hold on. Look at the health benefits that come from fiber. Look at the way in which this can power our microbiome, right?

And here we are, and 95% of America is deficient in fiber. And if we're going to say, okay, what kind of changes do we want to make on a public health level that can improve the health of America? We need to start with the things that are missing. So if you make your platform about something that people are already doing, what's the point?

If I want to actually pull a lever that can impact a person's health, really the most powerful lever is going to be the one that's a combination of a powerful tool that simultaneously they're not doing. So I think there's diminishing returns that exist where if a person's already exercising heavily, you can tweak those approaches. You can make them better. You can make them more efficient.
