So trying to plan out what you're going to be doing at 10, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3, who knows? But planning out your morning. Like that's on the table, right? You just need to decide what time you need to wake up and then you have your routine.

But you just got to figure out what time you want to wake up and then you can include something like this. And where you choose to insert it, that's a personal choice. But to me, where I see the opportunity is like get up early enough.
