I mean, when you think of people closing your eyes and doing some meditation, creating panic attacks, um, there's a reason why. Or then the average person, it may not be that extreme, but they may be doing some breath work and meditation and be really not good at it, you know? And it's the people that say, well, meditation is not for me. They're typically the people that need to do it the most.
