And it did not take very long for that to wear off.
Then my parents started having health issues and other people in my family as well.
And I kind of like got a little glimpse into my future.
And that made me think of, okay, I wanna be around and I wanna be around for people when I'm older.
So I've even been toying with the idea lately is like, I wanna live to be 100.
There's been some old people in my family, not men, the women, but they took care of themselves at least.
There's rarely a time where I'm like excited to go to the gym.
Usually when I get there and I get to go on, I'm like, I'm glad I did this.
And there's like, I feel rewarded after it.
I also eat lunch right after it, which is a little, you know, I get my little reward.
But the long-term vision, the why behind it is much deeper now than it was like at first was just vanity.
It's more, it really is just health.
And, but that's noticed.
That's what like the, you start here with the behavior.
You have to justify the, the identity that comes along with it at some point.
