So, so we can't mention the term sheet isn't done yet.
So, so I can't say it is a VC that focuses in this space a lot.

So just so you know, really quick on that, we're, we're raising in tranches.
So, so we are doing a small angel round to hire immediately.
Uh, so we are doing a small $500,000 round, which is about a halfway through.
Not debt?
That $500,000 is a note.
And we're doing that right now on a $6 million cap.
And as soon as that's full, then that valuation will go up for the next tranche.
Correct.
No, the next the next round, the next tranche will be equity.
And it's that tranche that we've got the the interest from from these VCs.
