We have the McKinsey Health Institute.
And while we've added 20 years of life over the last number of decades in terms of life expectancy, unfortunately, we've made very little strides in the quality of life.
So we need to really look at ourselves as an industry in the mirror and say, how can we improve the quality of life just as we've extended the years that we all are fortunate enough to be here?
I think it starts, and you mentioned this earlier, it starts with how people experience the healthcare system.
I mean, some of it, we have to be honest, when you interact with the healthcare system, you're not doing it because you want to.
You're doing it because you need to.
And so it's not something you're going with, you know, lots of excitement and energy.

Right.
You're vulnerable, right?
Because you're not feeling well.
And so we have to recognize that that's different than lots of other industries that we all participate in every day.
That being said, the experience is often bad, right?
It's bad in terms of actually finding access to care at a level of convenience that you expect and experience in the rest of your lives.
And so we have to improve access.
Once you're actually able to receive the care at a timely fashion and in a high quality way,
We have to look at how folks are treated.
Do you have long wait times?
How long does it take to actually see a clinician who can help you?
What's the follow-up care that is both prescribed and then actually happens?
