He knows when to get forward.

And when he gets forward, he scores goals or sets them up.

In this case, a purchase.

So it's £500,000 is the deal, £375,000 up front and the rest in the summer.

And we suspect that a great many deals are done along similar lines with delayed payments, but it's good to know and it's good to get the facts and it's good to have that guy in the building, isn't it?

You can understand.

I would have thought that quite a few Derby fans would have been very miffed to have lost him, but they're planning for the future.

And he's obviously not seen as part of the future as far ahead as they're planning.
