I think he was – he was probably 40.

Yeah, you know, Rob, I look at it like this.
The guys that are getting hired that young –
they're pretty darn good at what they do.
They're, they're people skills.
They're, um, their way of navigating different personalities.
They're, you know, they're, they're, I, I major league baseball teams are pretty darn smart.
They're not going to put a guy in a, in a spot to not succeed.
Um,
And that's what I look at as a player.
If he was my manager, I would instantly respect him, one.
And he would probably do the same with me and then go around to each certain guy and get to know them personally and understand what makes them tick and do things like that.
I don't think age is a big deal.
Managing, I mean, shoot, I played for some pretty darn good ones.
And
they were all great in their own way.
And they all treated me differently in their own way.
And I never had a bad experience with any of them.
