So when you look at teams hiring these guys, obviously they're connected to the GM.

They have a relationship and a vision that they want to go to in that direction.

And then it's just a matter of getting the players to be the best versions of themselves and buy into a team philosophy and win games.

You know, that's what it is.

And it doesn't matter if you're 30 years old,

25 years old or 70 years old.

The end-all goal is to get the best out of each player and figure out what makes them tick and go from there.
