Basically, this is a winter weather preparedness based off of now last weekend's real-world data.
First of all, MoDOT needs new leadership badly.
The lack of planning is astronomical.
It's pretty incredible.
This is not this past weekend's storm.
This is two weeks ago?
This is the last one that we had.
They literally, in a public statement, said that they didn't believe the weather was true and so didn't prepare for it.
So this is 100% their fault.
They did better on this one than they did the earlier one, though, because they got totally blindsided on that.
The one that these numbers are from are from the one that they publicly said, we didn't believe all of the weather.
They flat out said that they didn't think it was actually going to snow.
I think so, too.
Yeah.
But I also think that they got a lot of scrutiny after the one before.
I'm sure.
