Just because it's a really good business idea, that doesn't make it exciting for me. I'm the guy that wants to see a deck that talks about who the kids are. And I'm interested in the talent because what happens is generally the first one or second one don't work. But the third and fourth ones work out really well. I mean, our little company has made a significant amount of money, well over $100 million, just by investing in great personalities and great people.
