So you have to remember that.
It is so imperative that you get consistent with your diet.
And unfortunately, that's the hardest thing to do.
People struggle the most with diet consistency.
It seems to me that the training part of it is a lot easier for people to lock in, which is also a key component here.
But if you're not getting results, you have to look in the mirror and you have to take accountability and just fix it and then see.
And then look, there's people that are non-responders to things.
I've seen it with steroids.
I've seen it with supplements.
I've seen it with everything.
Some people just don't respond to certain compounds or stimuli.
I don't know why.
Nobody does.
And certain things may just not be for you.
That's something internally, structurally, depending on the person and what they're trying to use.
