Chapter 1: What are the common misconceptions about peptides and supplements?
What if I told you that one molecule will help keep your body's system cleansed, supported immune health, and cellular protection all at once? I'm talking about glutathione, aka the body's master antioxidant.
It exists inside nearly every cell, helping to protect DNA, proteins, and cell membranes from oxidative stress, as well as playing a major role in liver cleansing, mitochondrial energy production, and immune balance.
unfortunately pollutions toxins and stress can rapidly deplete glutathione levels and as we age glutathione production decreases as well and many traditional glutathione supplements do not absorb well making it extremely difficult to raise intracellular levels where glutathione actually works and that's why i use gluteryl the multi-patented topical glutathione developed by the amazing dr nayam patel instead of relying on digestion
Glutaril absorbs through the skin, helping provide a convenient and consistent way to support the body's most important antioxidant system. So use my link in the description and code Dylan to save 15% off today. Your peptides aren't working? Everybody else getting all these big results. There's glamorous photos everywhere, but yours aren't working? I know what you're saying.
Chapter 2: Why might your peptides not be delivering the expected results?
This is a scam. These don't work. These are bunk. Everybody's lying. Is that really true though? Is that what's going on or is it something else? Is it maybe you? Well, that's what I'm here to talk about today. I'm Dylan Gemelli. I'm going to break this down.
Chapter 3: How does the quality of supplements impact their effectiveness?
I'm going to give you every single potential reason why your peptides may not be working and what we have to do to make them work. So let's address this question. at the top and keep working our way down on the obvious to maybe the not so obvious or maybe what we just don't want to address. So the first obvious is going to be the quality of what you're using.
And that's a different video and topic altogether, but I'm going to touch this briefly. First things first, the research chemical market. is one of the most toxic environments that I have ever witnessed in my life. I have been in multitudes of businesses and companies throughout my life.
I've seen so many different types of practice from corporate world, small business, you name it, I have been around it. Supplements and this particular industry is one of the most cutthroat And honestly, one that I don't really care to associate myself in because of all of the evil practices that I see that go on here.
The way that people slam everybody and everybody and their mom is a scammer and everybody else's product is bad and everybody else does this wrong and everybody else does that wrong. Nobody does things in a roundabout way where we're just doing the proper thing by talking about what we do well and how we stand out. But you don't see that. You don't see that.
And in the research chemical world of an underground world where it's so cutthroat. And I see people that actually put out DDoS attacks on websites that I see go on prevalently. So you'll see a website go down and you'll think they got busted. But that's not even what happened. They got attacked.

Chapter 4: What role does personal accountability play in supplement success?
and their websites were taken offline. People that report other companies to merchant accounts do chargebacks on purpose to get them to lose their ability to take payment processing. This goes on in this world. It is the most just deceptive and dirty world.
Then you got the fake marketing and the fake websites and the influencers that are out posting things that are just getting paid that don't even know what they're talking about or doing and misguiding everybody on how to use things. And it is just the Wild West now. There's new companies that pop up daily.
If you actually look, which I generally don't at this point anymore because my involvement in this is more for practicality reasons where I understand what's going on, but I stay just as far away from it as I can. I don't want anything to do with any of it. It's convoluting and it gives a negative energy to be around that kind of business.
The thing is, is there are still companies out there that really try to do things right, that have withstood the test of time. Do yourself a favor. When you're researching, and I never want to call out names, and I'm not actually calling out names, I'm calling out a particular site. Don't get information from Reddit of all the cesspool sites in the world of negativity.
And that is a place that is bought and paid for. You'll go in there and they delete comments and move things about to fit their narrative of whoever's spending the money. And then these sites that feature reviews, here's what they do. I've seen it because I've been around so many owners of companies. They'll send out an email, ask the owner, hey...
You want to pay a couple thousand depending on the site.

Chapter 5: How can lifestyle factors affect the efficacy of peptides?
Sometimes it's more than that. And I'll put you in my top five and keep you here if you pay me monthly. There's no reviews done. Those are all AI written garbage that are fake. Google stopped ranking them because they're nonsense and they're not trusting. And here's the kicker. A lot of these places, especially on Reddit, you'll see these arguments. Oh, this company is so great.
That company is so great. And they're so much better than this one. Well, you know what? 80 to 85 percent of the companies that do underground SARMs, peptides, nootropics, whatever research. They're just white labeling from the same exact facilities, the same damn product with a different logo and different marketing. And that's it. And you'll tell, well, I used those and they didn't work.
Really? Because you're using the exact same thing. And that's how placebo effect works. That's how falling in line works. And that's how money works.
Chapter 6: What are the importance of blood tests in evaluating health?
So that's the most obvious. I'm not gonna name brands on here. That's not what this video is for. And I'm not trying to get shut down. There are a few out there that have withstood the test of time. And they're few and far between, but they do exist. They do things in the right way.
And of course, there's compounding pharmacies where you can get certain peptides prescribed, but you can only get so many. And there's so many more out there that are so good and do so many things. So that's the obvious. The quality is the obvious. But here, let's go to the next one where This one is, well, one of those ones that people don't like to talk about. They don't ever like to do this.
They don't ever like to answer this question or even broach the subject because this could never happen because everybody's perfect. I say that sarcastically. I've gotten really good at this the past few years. It's called personal accountability. Look in the mirror and ask yourself, is the reason these aren't working because of me or Well, how could that be, Dylan?
Chapter 7: How does understanding peptide protocols enhance results?
How could they not be working? How is it my fault that these aren't working? Because these should be magic. They should just work and do everything, and I shouldn't have to do anything. Okay, let's start from the top. One, these are not magic. You have to put in the work alongside of them to make them work, or you're only going to get so much out of them, if anything.
If you're not having strong habits, and I'm not just talking diet and training, I'm talking about sleep, I'm talking about nervous system, and I'm talking about a connection with God that allows you to be focused mentally and physically and to connect your health together. Nervous system. Nervous system problems will keep you from recalibrating and fully aligning your total health.
And you'll never, I don't care how hormonally balanced you are. I don't care how much you work out. I don't care how perfect your diet seems to be. If your nervous system needs reset and it's off, your whole functionality is gone. You're never going to have full health alignment. You're always going to ask yourself, why am I not getting results? Why don't I feel great? What am I doing wrong?
Well, like I said, it starts with a connection to God. Past that, that's when you start to work on your nervous system because your mind is in control here.
Chapter 8: What steps can you take to improve your supplement experience?
Think about it. When you get into the gym and you're stuck or you're getting there and it's like, what do I do next? Your mind is controlling your ability to keep pushing forward. Your mind is controlling you on even getting up and going. You can tell yourself, I don't feel like it, not go. Your mind runs everything and controls everything.
If you're constantly stressed, if you're not sleeping, if you're in this state of mind where you're in fight or flight all day, I don't care how much we train. I don't care how well we eat. You're not only going to not be in full health alignment, but anything you're taking is not going to work. You got to work and the work is multifaceted and it takes a long time.
It takes a lot of effort and it takes a lot of understanding.
Understanding on what the work is. And then you also have to look at the science with the blood panels.
When something's off. We are so quick and even with like testosterone, my testosterone is all I need TRT. But do you or do you need to look at the depths of the panel and see if there's an issue there that you could fix without jumping on something else that could clean this problem up? You also have to get the right tests. So let's look at it this way.
In my prior years when I'd coach people on running cycles, I stressed the importance of blood work, which we still need to do here. So pre, pre-using, pre-utilization of anything that you're using. And even with supplements, you need a baseline. You need to see where your starting point is. Now, if you take your baseline and you're not in a good state, you should not start using anything.
You should try to get yourself as right as you possibly can within the reason of, you know, if you have certain medical conditions, obviously there's certain things that are going to kind of supersede that. But if you're off, if you've got high liver values, high kidney, your blood pressure needs corrected, things that are fixable, cholesterol, don't start using PEDs. Don't.
Don't start using peptides if you're not ready for them unless they're used for a certain purpose medically that they're correcting one of these problems. Then it makes sense. But aside from that, if you're off, And things aren't working. Well, ask yourself, well, I'm hormonally off. I'm imbalanced here. Is it potentially that? And then what about your diet? You cannot outwork a bad diet.
I don't care how much you train. You eat like shit. You're going to have issues no matter what. Your weight may be stable. Maybe not. But that doesn't give you any sort of bigger picture here. It doesn't show you anything. All that it does is potentially keep your weight where you want it, but it doesn't eradicate all of the problems that are going on internally. So you have to remember that.
