Pleasure's all mine.
Right from the start, it was just hitting the scoreboard.
I think first half of the year, I've been pretty inconsistent.
I haven't kicked a goal in quite a few games, which isn't my go.
So I was really happy after the bye to come back and, yeah, hit the scoreboard.
I wasn't too surprised.
because we speak about momentum a lot as a football club, and as a leadership group, I know the boys a lot of the time are talking about how can we get momentum back, and we actually had South East Phoenix, the basketball team, come in mid-year, and they spoke about momentum, and especially on defense, they said the momentum change doesn't mean one action or two actions, but for basketball, it's three stops in a row, and that's when they know they can get momentum back.
So for us, we've kind of taken that philosophy a little bit further
It might not be one tackle or one spoil.
It's not the second one, but the third one, that's when you can get the momentum back.
So I feel like those words are spoken out in the field by everyone and we're able to get the momentum back and then capitalise ourselves.
I feel like it's all in our line groups, to be honest.
So, like, the backs will get together and speak about it.
The mids will get together in the forward line.
We'll speak about it and just say, like, for us, it might not need to win the contest, but we've got to half the next couple of contests.
So that's something that we always speak about, especially after goals.
I feel like most teams do it.
They come together.
