So I think the judge pretty much, Aisling Quinn, agreed with him.
He said that

And in the case of the second property, it was also very straightforward in that he claims to have got the money from his grandmother.

So I suppose that's the first battle in this case.

When the case was brought against them for the House of Glynn Drive, they spent $440,000 on having bought it for $125,000.
And if you remember, it was described as eye-watering luxury holidays.
It was kind of, I think, that was widely reported at the time.
And they got free legal aid as well for their own forensic surveyor to go with, you know, the value of what was done with the house.
And there was a lot of back and forth and this went on for quite some time.
And I think that it just came up, I think that it was almost the same figure that the forensic surveyor.
