Well, he's done time for being the leader of a gang involved in ATM robbery heists back in 2009, around that time.

But he turned up himself and his wife, Mary Stokes, were the subject of a proceeds of crime case brought by the Criminal Assets Bureau.

It's involving two vehicles and a trailer, which were seized by a cab and they want to get a court order to have them declared the proceeds of crime so they can sell them off.

And this is kind of, I suppose it's just really the start of the case, but I mean, it goes way back to back when he was involved in ripping out ATM machines from the walls of banks and filling stations with a fairly serious gang.

He turned up anyway in the High Court representing himself because he said that he'd been unable to find a solicitor to deal with the case and that the vehicles were seized five years ago.

And he mentioned that, look, he says, we need the Jeep.

We've eight kids.

And he said that his wife is walking the children to school in the rain.

And he says, he explained as well, apropos of nothing really, that he's not with her anymore.

We're separated.

So he was volunteering all this information.

She's walking to the school in the rain and the snow.

She's done no wrong.
