Yeah, it's just the legs that are eaten.
I've had frog's legs years ago.
I wouldn't eat them again now because actually a lot of it is, especially in France and other parts of Europe.
In fact, I believe in Spain they eat more frog's legs per capita than they do in France, despite reputations.
But actually what's happening is a lot of frogs apparently are being caught in the wild in places like Indonesia, other parts of Asia, taking in huge amounts for the European market.
The species now threatened with extinction across the world because of this trade.
And it's not really something that needs to happen in the modern day.
And they're not even, they're nothing to write home about.
They're fine as a source of protein.
I can see that they're grand, but they're not as good as chicken wings.
They're like a poor relationship.
It's kind of like a cross between... I say alligator tastes like chicken.
It's kind of like a cross between chicken and fish.
Chicken with a texture of fish almost.
There is a terrible fungal disease that's been hitting amphibians all over the world.
