So it's a flip of a coin and he's right.
What he said about the game being down to moments, I suspect it will be down to moments in Bilbao.
He's right about that.
But the game last weekend shouldn't have come down to moments.
They were home and hosed.
So this is the thing that Leinster have to figure out is...
to find a way to keep playing when they know they have the game won and not go into protection mode, which they seemed to go in on Saturday.
And I think even Leo acknowledged that, that they went on the defensive and they started to set off Toulon, who had nothing to lose and just threw caution to the wind.
And that brought Toulon onto them.
But you can't do that.
It's just not the way it flies.
You've got to have the courage of convictions and go and still take risks
to get their head around that I mean they may find themselves as well in a situation where they will so likely have a two score lead against Bordeaux it's such a good team now if they do fair play to them I mean that would be a hell of a day's work but I just think that that's there is a bit of an Achilles heel there they can't get away from at the moment and had they closed out that game on the weekend hadn't scored given up those late tries it would have been yeah we've got it together but now all the questions re-emerge
Which is the reason, they're good questions.
There's nothing wrong with asking those questions.
How do you nearly blow an 18-point lead in 10 minutes?
Which they nearly did.
That's a really good observation because you're right in pointing that out.
I think Toulon believed that they got width on their attack, get people out wide into space and they could throw long passes into the wide spaces.
They would get round the corner.
