And what I want to know is are you willing to peel it back?
To rip that cover off?
To stop talking about your best and all you've got
and instead find within yourself a place that transcends anything the mind wants to quantify and put a ribbon on.
Inside you, there is a well so deep you could pull from it now until the end of time.
Let the question evolve from, does more exist,
to, am I willing to reach down, to draw from it my potential, my strength, my resilience?
You think the external world is big.
The world within is one with no bounds.
It is forever.
I've pushed myself physically harder in the last few months than I have in a very long time, maybe ever.
And you know what the first thing I realized is?
When my heart rate is in zone five, when I am at a point of total shutdown, it takes me about 30 to 60 seconds rest to be completely functional again.
