And to be in a place of that much duress, discomfort, and recover and jump right back into the game is a superpower I didn't know I had.

Not known what I can endure.
Been totally ignorant to what I'm capable of.
An understanding that transcends the physical.
That reminds me I can be strong, calm, and patient amidst life's difficulties.
I can remain composed amidst the turbulence.
which when you're in it, feels equally impossible.
You are capable of more than you can imagine, and that's not fluff.
That's the reality here.
You get what you give yourself permission to obtain, and the deeper you dig, the more you find.
The harder you fight, the more life will present to you.
So ask yourself how bad you want what you say you want.
