And so I suppose he basically walked out of, and this wouldn't be the first time now for someone to probably walk out of an open prison, but his name is Stephen Daly and he was in Lock and House in Cavan.

And he, now saying that, like he's a, we call him a burglar, but his convictions are quite serious.

He's a few home invasion convictions were quite terrifying for the victims, I'm sure, but

Essentially, he basically decided that he'd had enough.

And he's from Drogheda originally, and he just walked out.

But he didn't last very long.

Apparently, he had nowhere to go, according to sources that told Ken.

So six hours later, he called the prison and asked them to come and get him.

And now he's paying for it because he's been sent back to Cork prison, which is obviously a more secure prison.

And I don't think that will be happening for him for a while.

Yeah.

But surely they, like this, we've had a few stories similar to this in recent times, like surely they know that that's a risk there.

But I guess the whole point is, you know, you're getting near the end of your sentence.

So you have to be able to sort of be able to trust them.

Yeah, and it was an aggravated burglary that he, so he's pleaded guilty to a couple of, it was a six year sentence, I think.
