Like it was certainly as like people were still, you know, all the lawyers were still wearing black, you know, wearing blackberries.
All the Wall Street guys were wearing blackberries.
And so, you know, I think, I mean, this is like haze of history now, but I think I'm the one who pushed for like, we should do something on the iPhone.
And we did that.
It was interesting, actually.
I think we were just a little early.
I think there's a company that's called, I think, Mailbox.
I think they're acquired by Microsoft for ludicrous amounts of money.
But they effectively did what we did, but then we're smart enough to set up a wait list system.
They were one of the first people who did this thing like you get on the list, you have so many people in front of you, invite five people and you get to join the thing, which is super standard now, but that was pretty innovative.
One of the problems we had was that
Yeah, it was kind of challenging to download your entire email inbox onto an early version, an early iPhone version.
We'd have to be in a situation where the instructions were to leave the app running.
And remember, there was no background processing at the time.
So you had to be in the foreground to do anything.
So we had to be like, plug the phone in, leave the app open, and then go to bed.
And then hopefully it'll be done by tomorrow.
And so we did that.
But then, of course, we had no gating.
