It was this notion that you have a network, and in your network are people who they know.

There probably is an answer to most things, even things that are quite hard to Google.

So there's a set of questions that are hard to Google, or at least you want to get it from a trusted-ish source.

So the concept, at least, when I was working on it was,

Um, how do you get, like, how do you, how do you root, uh, questions in trusted networks and like reward that, that routing?

And he's an amazing dude.

Basically, he has a team in Russia and Ukraine.

So that's where most of the developers are.
