And I think someone smart will end up securitizing and packaging those type of cash flows.

I mean, I think it's in part people don't understand it well.
I mean, it's the same reason why the debt providers for the private equity companies weren't able to provide any buyout debt 10 years ago.
Because they just didn't understand it.
It wasn't the standard stuff.
It wasn't like, what's the EBITDA?
How much real estate is there?
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
They do it like custom bespoke stuff like that tends to happen at the high sort of high valuation stuff first.
And then it sort of trickles down.
Someone looks at that and goes, well, fuck, if I can do it with Slack at who's this size, why can't I do it from a basket of companies each doing 10 million ARR?
Why not?

Well, it's interesting.
I think there's a company actually now that's sort of getting there.
