What I will say, though, is

Howie Roseman does not just give people away, does not just trade away for a bag of potatoes or a sack of football.

So the reality is that even if there is a deal brewing right now, and even if the most logical situation, Syrett, is that A.J.

Brown gets dealt to the Patriots, I'm not convinced that we're anywhere near, despite the June 1st deadline, anywhere near a point in which Howie Roseman is comfortable getting what he wants back.

He's not just going to dump him for a third or fourth round pick.

And he'll leverage.

He'll use the Patriots.

I guarantee you this.

I've been wrong about the smoke building, but I guarantee you this.

In the next six to maybe ten days, you will see from Schefter or somebody else, it ain't going to be Diana Rossini, but it's going to be somebody else, that's going to tell you there is another team that's in the mix.
