Look, I was obviously quite disappointed in how things went with the dinner party with her.

Like, I can handle it.

You can save your criticism of someone until you're alone with them, voice it, and get to the bottom of it before just completely ditching them in front of everybody else when they're in that situation.

Then she meets everyone else.

Then we spend the next week together on a honeymoon where she did get to know me.

But surely there's a seed of doubt as to what happened previously.

I guess it depends on the type of person.

If you're someone that trusts in your own experience, you're going to think less of what everyone else says about somebody.

So my takeaway from this is you and Veronica are not together then?
